Visa & Mastercard Official Service Provider
Visa Announces Alchemy Pay as Official Service Provider
Visa has listed Alchemy Pay as an Official Service Provider. Alchemy Pay has been added as part of Visa’s Third Party Agent (TPA) Program and can be found listed as Alchemy GPS. This is a significant sign of progress for our on & off-ramp and other payment services.
Mastercard Adds Alchemy Pay to SPD Program
Alchemy Pay has been acknowledged and listed as one of Mastercard’s SDP Compliant Service Providers. Alchemy Pay is always compliant and adheres to site data protection laws around the world in the provision of our fiat-crypto on-ramps, used by crypto platforms across all sectors.
Apple Pay, Google Pay, Diner’s Club, Discover Card
Google Pay, Apple Pay, Diner’s Club and Discover Card began being supported for crypto purchases on Alchemy Pay’s fiat-crypto On & Off-Ramp. iOS or Android users worldwide can now easily buy crypto on our fiat-crypto on-ramp via Apple Pay or Google Pay after connecting with a global credit or debit card. New Licences Obtained
Money Transmitter License in Arkansas, United States
We are delighted to announce the acquisition of the Money Transmitter Licence in the state of Arkansas, United States. This licence, granted by the Arkansas Securities Department, empowers Alchemy Pay to enhance its operations within the United States, signifying the availability of its fully compliant crypto payment services for related-activity in Arkansas.
Money Services License in Iowa, United States
We are thrilled to announce that we have obtained a Money Services License in Iowa, marking our second compliant license in the United States. This achievement underlines Alchemy Pay’s global payment capabilities, and our dedication to compliance.
Indonesian licences issued by the Central Bank of Indonesia
Alchemy Pay, and fintech firm, PT Berkah Digital Pembayaran, announce that they have jointly obtained Indonesian license issued by the Central Bank of Indonesia to operate remittances and fund transfers. These licences will greatly increase the ability for these entities to payout to end users and clients across Asia as well as reduce the operating costs of their payment services.
Hong Kong Financial Service Licenses
Alchemy Pay partnered with ZD Group, the parent company of Mouette Securities, a global investment fund. Through this strategic collaboration, ZD Group will share its four financial licenses authorised by Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) and Insurance Authority (IA) of Hong Kong with Alchemy Pay.
Crypto Card Launch
As a leading payment solution provider, Alchemy Pay launched a Crypto Card solution in June for businesses to issue their own branded Visa or Mastercard crypto card and develop customized crypto card programs for their users. Through Alchemy Pay’s modular API, businesses can leverage its advanced payment infrastructure to offer a fast, secure and convenient payment experience for their users. This solution enables users to make payments online and offline using their cryptocurrencies, eliminating the need for cash or physical cards.
Businesses can obtain customized virtual card issuance services through Alchemy Pay. By partnering with Alchemy Pay, they have the flexibility to launch and customize crypto cards under their own brand, while leaving the complex bank acceptance processes in the capable hands of Alchemy Pay. Additionally, Alchemy Pay offers personalized token recharge options, empowering their users to spend designated tokens that align with projects’ specific requirements.
Payment Processors & Regional Payment Channels & APMs
Alchemy Pay began the year by adding support for more regional APMs (alternative payment methods) in various parts of the world. Adding to local services elsewhere, users can buy crypto directly with local fiat currency using bank transfer and domestic payment systems in Europe, UK, USA, Argentina, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Mexico, Nigeria, Malaysia, Turkey, India, Australia, New Zealand and Indonesia. These methods have a high transaction success rate and are usually the cheapest way to buy crypto.
By partnering with several prominent payment processors like Worldpay, Checkout.com, Nuvei, and Alipay+, Alchemy Pay offers improved payment experiences, higher success rate, and more advantageous fee structures.

This year Alchemy Pay and co-founder Shawn Shi were recognised by Forbes with the Web3 Innovation Pioneer and by the Harvard Business Review award for our innovative global developments at the very edge of modern fintech — convenient payments that seamlessly enable the movement of funds between traditional fiat currency and cryptocurrency.
Meanwhile, a Coindesk review of our easy-to-use plug-ins and API solutions said “all of those pain-points that enterprises had in adopting a crypto gateway payment solution? Alchemy Pay Supports Turkey-Syria Earthquake Relief Efforts
Given the devastating earthquake that recently struck southern Turkey and northern Syria, in an effort to support the relief, resettlement, and reconstruction efforts, Alchemy Pay made a donation of 1 Bitcoin to the affected regions.
Moreover, Alchemy Pay facilitated donations through our On/Off Ramp payment solutions, offering these services to charities free of charge as a reliable fiat-crypto payment gateway.
Alchemy Pay was later acknowledged for its support in the earthquake-affected region with a donation certificate issued by the Ahbap Association. This certificate served as official confirmation of contribution to the reconstruction efforts and conveyed gratitude for the assistance.

With some of our team members currently based in Cambodia they became keen to help the community around them. Alchemy Pay has supported their first initiative to help local school children in need of a little extra support.

This year, Alchemy Pay executed various offline marketing initiatives in strategic local markets, aligning with major crypto conferences, side events, and launching advertising campaigns in key locations to amplify our presence and participation at the events.
