Alchemy Pay Accelerates U.S. Compliance Drive, Securing 12th State License in West Virginia

Alchemy Pay, the world-leading fiat-crypto payment solution provider, today announced it has secured a Money Transmitter License in the state of West Virginia. This approval from the West Virginia Division of Banking (WVDOB) marks another significant milestone in the company’s accelerated expansion across the United States.

This latest license brings Alchemy Pay’s total U.S. jurisdictions to twelve, representing the fourth Money Transmitter License (MTL) the company has obtained in 2025 alone. The addition of West Virginia follows recent approvals in states such as Kansas, South Carolina, and Arizona, demonstrating a clear and consistent momentum in building a robust, state-by-state compliance framework.

The company’s U.S. footprint now includes West Virginia, Kansas, Arkansas, Iowa, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, Wyoming, Arizona, and South Carolina, with further applications under active review.

This broadening regulatory framework across the U.S. is fundamental to Alchemy Pay’s mission of bridging the fiat and digital asset economies. Each license secured, including West Virginia’s, adds another layer of compliance and operational capability. This is essential for facilitating its core fiat-to-crypto exchange services and empowering innovative new business lines. These include Alchemy Pay newly launched RWA platform, which will be the first of its kind to offer direct fiat-to-RWA access, allowing global users to purchase tokenized assets using traditional payment methods. This cumulative regulatory progress also provides a compliant pathway for the future launch of Alchemy Pay’s own stablecoin and the Alchemy Chain.

“Securing our 12th U.S. MTL with the addition of West Virginia is a testament to the focused execution of our global compliance strategy,” said Ailona Tsik, CMO at Alchemy Pay. “This accelerated progress demonstrates our capacity to meet rigorous state-by-state regulatory standards, building a scalable and trusted infrastructure. This is essential for the future of finance, from our core payment services to the tokenization of real-world assets, and it assures our partners and users that we are committed to long-term, sustainable growth.”

This U.S. momentum mirrors Alchemy Pay’s significant global compliance advancements in 2025. These achievements include securing a Digital Currency Exchange Providers (DCEP) license in Australia, an Electronic Financial Business registration in Korea, and admission to Switzerland’s Association for Quality Assurance of Financial Services (VQF) as a recognised Self-Regulatory Organisation (SRO). Furthermore, a strategic investment in the Hong Kong-licensed firm HTF Securities Limited has expanded its capabilities in Asia’s key financial hub. These collective achievements underscore Alchemy Pay’s dedication to regulatory excellence and its position as a trusted leader in the global financial technology sector.
