Alchemy Pay Accelerates Regulatory Expansion in the U.S. with South Carolina MTL License Approval
Alchemy Pay, the world-leading fiat-crypto payment gateway, today announced that it has been granted a Money Transmitter License (MTL) in the state of South Carolina, marking a significant addition to its growing portfolio of regulatory approvals in the United States.
With the inclusion of South Carolina, Alchemy Pay now holds MTLs in ten U.S. states, including Arkansas, Iowa, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, Wyoming, and Arizona.
Alchemy Pay Invests in a Company in Hong Kong that Holds SFC Type 1/4/9 Licenses and Will Apply for the Upgrade of the SFC Type 1 License
Alchemy Pay has secured access to SFC Type 1/4/9 licenses via investment in HK-licensed firm HTF Securities Limited and will apply for the upgrade of the SFC Type 1 License.
Looking ahead, we’ll work together to upgrade these licenses for extending business scope into virtual asset (VA) activities under HK’s evolving regulatory framework.
